Two Component PU Foam
CM1000X foam mainly has functions such as insulation, preservation and heat insulation. It is made by mixing A and B materials in a weight ratio of 1:1 and then reacting to form a low-density foaming material with small pores, uniform and fine texture. The foaming multiple can be 16 times (60 kilograms/cubic meter) or 28 times (35 kilograms/cubic meter). The foam plastic is lightweight, hard in material, has good adhesion, and also has excellent properties such as waterproofing, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, insulation, and low thermal conductivity. Insulation and heat insulation foam plastic has a fast bonding speed, long product lifespan, and complies with environmental protection requirements such as ROHS and REACH.
