Two-component polyurethane foam

CM1000X foam primarily functions as heat insulation and thermal insulation. It is made by mixing materials A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, then reacting them to form a low-density foam material with small pores, uniform texture, and fine consistency. The expansion ratio can be 16 times (60 kg/m³) or 28 times (35 kg/m³). The foam is lightweight, rigid, and has good adhesion. It also possesses excellent properties such as waterproofing, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, insulation, and low thermal conductivity. Insulating and heat-insulating foams bond quickly, have a long product lifespan, and comply with RoHS and REACH environmental requirements.
